What to Include in a Bug Report
If you're reporting a bug or unexpected behavior, the most useful information to share is:
- Your browser and operating system (e.g. "Chrome 120 on macOS Sonoma").
- The file format and approximate size of the document you were editing.
- The step in the workflow where the problem occurred (upload, AI OCR, text application, export).
- Any error message that appeared in the editor or in the browser's developer console.
- A screenshot showing what you expected vs. what you saw.
Feature Requests
We're a small project and can't promise to implement every feature suggestion, but we do read each one and use them to shape the roadmap. If you've found a workflow gap, please describe (a) what you were trying to accomplish, (b) what got in the way, and (c) what an ideal version of the feature would look like.
